SwingFile's Articulating Arm Clamps to Any Work Surface up to 2.5" Thick Using Minimal Desk Space to Display Up To 20 Sheets
- RECLAIM YOUR DESK SPACE: The SwingFile mounts directly to your desk edge with a secure clamp, occupying just 4 square inches of desk space while putting up to 20 letter-size reference documents within arm's reach. The clamp fits desktops up to 2.5" thick, including many sit-stand and fixed-height desks, and mounts without tools
- ARTICULATING ARM EXTENDS 13 INCHES: A simple pull of the chrome handle extends the arm up to 13" so your reference display lands exactly where you need it; when you need the surface back, swing the pockets up to 16" off the desk (27" overall height). The full 360-degree pivot lets you share documents instantly with colleagues or clients beside you
- DURABLE CONSTRUCTION FOR DAILY PROFESSIONAL USE: Rigid 1-piece injection-molded pocket frames hold their shape through daily document loading and retrieval, and the unit is built from durable polypropylene. Clear sheet protectors shield paper files during frequent handling, and the corner-tuck EZ-Load design lets you swap documents in seconds
- FIND INFORMATION FAST: 10 black pockets give your workstation a clean, uniform look, while index tabs and labels for every pocket let you section documents by category and find the right page at a glance. Clear corner-tuck sheet protectors are included, so the organizer works right out of the box
- VERSATILE REFERENCE ACCESS FOR EVERY PROFESSIONAL SETTING: Lawyers keep case sheets at eye level, teachers display classroom procedures without leaving their desk, administrators manage multi-project workflows across 10 pockets, and home office users clear binder stacks off their desk entirely. The 360-degree pivot swings your document rack toward any visitor for instant sharing
