Never forget important ideas or reminders!
Got a great idea? Did your spouse ask you to pick up Junior? We always think we'll remember everything, but sometimes our minds go blank by the time we reach the office. Using T-Cards is an effective and way, not only to remind you of important ideas and tasks, but to organize and prioritize them. Keep a supply of cards in your glove box, pocket, or briefcase--wherever ideas typically come to you--and jot down notes as they're still fresh in your mind. The color-coded stripes can be used to categorize your ideas by person, department, date, or priority level. Write a title line on the top of the card to remind you of the task or project at hand, then write further detail or your plan of action below. When you get to the office, arrange your cards in any of our T-Card organizer panels so all of your ideas will be close at hand.
